The Standing Desk

We have got these desks at work that are suppose to be much better than a sitting desks. It is recommended to switch from sitting to standing every 2 hours. My body though prefers to sit and creeps back in the chair when I am not watching.

На работа въведоха стоящите бюра, които би трябвало да са доста по-здравословни (така да се каже). Препоръчват да се сменя седене със стоене на всеки 2 часа. Моето тяло обаче обича да седи и винаги успява да се промъкне и да седне на стола, докато не гледам.
