Vienna
Not that this is symbolic for Vienna, but I was very impressed by the greatness of most of the buildings there. And of course the amount of the statues and details on the buildings was stunning.When I came back to Sofia, most of the buildings felt empty and unfinished :)

I had the same feeling the first time I visited London and later arrived in Sofia... Although we should admit that still there ARE buildings in Sofia which have lovely decoration, but they are not that many as in the old European capitals...
